Windows 10 occasionally stops unexpectedly without displaying a blue screen.
Today without any warning my pc just crashed for seemingly no reason I looked into event viewer to find out what's wrong and that didn't really help much either (screenshot included). There wasn't a bluescreen just a lagging sound and nothing responded anymore. My attempts on replecating this issue were unsuccessful. Do I need to be worried or was this a one time thing?
CPU runs Intel I7-9700kf, MBO uses asrock b365m pro4, RAM is 32GB (two 16GB modules), cooling system is a fan (name unknown), power supply is an azza 650w 80 plus bronze unit, GPU is GIGABYTE Nvidia RTX 2060, case is unremarkable but unidentified, OS is Windows 10 Pro version 22H2. Idle temperatures range from CPU 30-35°C, GPU 50-55°C, hotspot 60-65°C; during load fans shut down, resulting in typical curves around 70-75°C under full demand. MBO stays at 34°C, PHMC is 46°C.
If you haven’t managed to reproduce the issue, it might be a single occurrence. You could verify whether your motherboard supports a BIOS update that contains CPU microcode improvements. When Intel introduced the 9700KF, they altered the CPU stepping mechanism, requiring all compatible motherboards at the time to receive a BIOS update.
