I encountered another user's issue similar to this one. On my university laptop, I didn't expect to run any demanding games, yet opening the Minecraft Java Launcher or even simple apps like Spotify often results in a white screen or a blank border with no content. While I can move the cursor and click start in Minecraft, launching it causes crashes. I discovered that disabling my AMD graphics card helped, but this introduced new complications. For Minecraft Java, I can see the launcher and play it, but it still crashes during launch, reporting an unsupported OpenGL driver. I ran a complete driver scan with DriverEasy Pro, yet the problem persists. If anyone has alternative solutions or tips, I'd greatly appreciate your advice.

Hey! I believe I've discovered a fix. For roughly a month I was stuck with the same problem, repeatedly reinstalling drivers and Windows. After what felt like endless attempts, I finally got my GPU to function (just barely). I opened the app that was showing error messages and tried disabling the CPU graphics driver in Device Manager. It worked—my app displayed correctly. Then I turned it back on, and everything was fine. The downside is I have to repeat this process constantly; I really want to use GPU acceleration tools.
