Windows 10 needs to be restarted, but the keyboard isn't working and a full reinstall isn't helping.
I attempted to reset Windows 10 via settings, but my keyboard stopped responding. The USB port appeared dead, so I used a PS2 keyboard and the Num-Locks light came on, yet it didn’t function. I also tried reinstalling Windows 10 from a flash drive, but the computer refused to boot. It started directly into Windows even though I had my USB drive set as the primary boot device. My motherboard is an Asus M5A78L-M/USB3, and currently there are no USB or audio drivers available. I was worried this might be the issue, but my mouse, keyboard, and headphones worked fine after upgrading from Windows 7. I really enjoy Windows 10, though I’m getting frustrated with the small problems that affect it. Please help me.
