Have you considered reducing the ram speed? I faced similar problems when the ram was set to a higher than recommended speed.

P.S. It’s simpler to organize by column handles so you can spot the main issues. You won’t need to share screenshot pages either, but this step connects to Asus Aura Sync. Are you using Aura? If yes, you likely want to: 1. Run the Aura Cleaning Tool https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B-5ZVB...jhYYjhtNmM (the link comes from Asus docs, odd they use Google Drive) 2. Update to version 1.07.22 https://www.asus.com/campaign/aura/us/download.html If not, or if you’re okay without it for testing, consider turning it off in Startup and see if your PC remains responsive.
