Are you alone in this struggle? I've tried updating all the drivers I could find on my PC, but the problem persists. Sometimes I have to restart twice a day because it's so slow—websites won't load at all. Once I turn it back on, things speed up for a few hours before slowing down again.

That’s a massive amount of activity—over 2.7 million handles on that snapshot. A process shouldn’t exceed around 2000–3000 handles, so either you’re running way too many processes (unlikely) or something is causing a leak. Open Task Manager, go to the Details section, and check the ‘Handles’ column. Look for any app that starts up with a high handle count and consider disabling it under Startup, then restart the system.

Autoruns creates big files, not just a simple list of running processes. I need only a few screenshots, not the whole file for analysis. Also, Autoruns might have issues reading them sometimes.

Referenced the @jimkirk363 screenshot of Task Manager. Noted 2.7 million active handles versus roughly 150k for processes/threads.

Handles appear as they did right after the reboot. If you need a few screenshots when the computer slows down again, I can take them for you in a few hours.
