In July 2015, Microsoft revealed Windows 10 would be the final version of Windows. While they claimed otherwise, the situation wasn't entirely truthful. The actual plan appears to be transitioning to a "Windows as a service" model. They might introduce new fees later, possibly around 2018, based on past release timelines. Their goal seems to be keeping everyone updated with a single Windows version for all users. Manufacturers will likely handle updates, but personal computers might need to subscribe. This article, though old, has been reconsidered and needs emphasis. Source: http://www.forbes.com/sites/gordonkelly/...t-windows/ Opinion: I imagine Microsoft bundling Office into Windows and charging $59 a year, or forcing users to renew every three years. Pay attention to the "Windows 10 released in July 2015" reference! LOL, Microsoft.

It seems like you're looking for a different way to phrase your message. Could you clarify what you'd like rewritten?

We've understood this for a while now. Windows will function as a service. It won't be like an ongoing Office 365 subscription where you have to pay repeatedly, but rather a one-time purchase that provides access for the entire device's lifespan.

These aren't mere suggestions; they're simply guesses from someone who seems uninterested.

Hopefully Linux receives game support since once it happens, no more Windows for me.

Ensure the name is correctly spelled as "linuxmasterrace" on Linux systems.

I would cast a vote, though none of the choices appeal to me since I’m unsure what I’ll do. It mainly depends on how much they request the service.
