I noticed this BSOD appearing recently, mainly when playing games on my main monitor (pixio 240hz) and using Discord on my second screen (sceptre 120hz). It’s likely occurred five times since yesterday, which is why I’m sharing this. My video drivers are current, and there’s no indication of a chkdsk or sfc scan. Video Driver version: nvidia 566.36. I’m using RAID and haven’t experienced this problem until about a month ago. Appreciate any advice!

Check GPUz and observe the video memory usage. If it keeps rising steadily without any cause, a memory leak might be present.

Consider checking for any minidump files in C:\Windows\Minidump. If present, return to your Windows directory and move the Minidump folder to the Downloads folder (or use your desktop if needed). Compress the moved folder and include it in a post. Follow instructions carefully, as Windows may restrict file handling there.

It seems to be about DirectX. Generally, this points to the GPU or its driver, but you might want to use DISM/SFC to inspect the OS. If not done yet, consider using DDU to clear the existing driver before installing a new one.
