I've been trying to set up Windows for a long time now, but it keeps showing 0%. I checked everything I could find, yet nothing changes. Can you help me?

Use a USB stick to transfer the Windows media tool, then create a bootable USB drive from it.

Use Rufus to install the ISO file directly. You can either access the download via a trick on the MS site (ensuring it thinks you're not on Windows) or go to a trusted source like windowsiso.com.
