I have fully updated all drivers multiple times and reformatted the Windows installation twice.

Likely won't succeed, so try resetting the CMOS which restores BIOS settings. After that, boot Windows and return to BIOS to adjust the preferences to your liking.

I've noticed some performance problems in my recent games mainly due to the AMD driver quality—significantly affecting speed. I'm using Windows 10 version 15.7.1, which is fairly outdated and causing instability. On the desktop, the driver sometimes stutters, leading to display glitches like image swaps or calibration errors. I'm considering the new 15.8 beta driver that just came out, hoping it will be more stable.
