Hi. I've faced similar problems with Windows 10 freezing and locking up. I checked the event viewer but didn't find any clear clues. Ran antivirus and anti-malware scans, yet the issue persists—lockup happens even when idle or while browsing. No blue or black screen appears; I can move the mouse but can't interact with apps or open Task Manager. It's been happening for about a week or two. Anyone have experience with this? Any suggestions could help? Thanks in advance.

I tried the solution you shared in another thread recently.

Here you go. I'll let you know if I notice anything unusual.

I completed the first and second steps. During the second step, it mentioned that WRP detected corrupt files and fixed them. Now I plan to perform a complete Windows reinstall because the new version has been causing random software failures. If it freezes during the installation, it likely indicates a failing SSD. Appreciate the assistance!
