Hello. I've got Windows 10 installed. After installing the cumulative update, I tried restarting the system at any time, but it didn't work. No matter what time I choose, nothing happens. The background programs are closed, yet the system remains unresponsive. I see an example in System Settings—current date is January 1, 2016—and still, the restart option doesn't appear. Any suggestions?
