I think if the update is approved, there should be drivers available for your hardware on Windows 10

Create a folder named "Win10 drives" on your desktop and place the required Win10 drivers inside it. After that, upgrade to Windows 10 and install the drivers. This way, you’ll have them ready if your Ethernet or wireless driver fails. Are you sure you want to proceed with this setup?

It turned out to be the issue. I thought it would be smart to grab some drivers just in case, but when I visited Lenovo's support page there were no Windows 10 drivers available. I messaged Lenovo, but their support was quite poor, and I tried reaching out to Microsoft, but it kept looping me around.
