Uncertain about the cause, but sometimes my computer pauses briefly, then shuts off all screens and restarts them. It seems like the display driver is restarting, though I’m not sure what’s unusual. This might happen if I suddenly run any task—like switching tabs in Chrome or moving icons in the start menu. I’ve reinstalled graphics drivers, adjusted two 60Hz displays (one HDMI, one VGA), and kept my DVI at 144Hz. My GTX 1060 has 6GB RAM with a 116W power limit and 212-core clock. Anyone else notice similar issues?

Did you review the event log for any signs of nVidia driver issues? It appears there are many reports of this problem.

Couldn't locate the log nut despite updating driver to version 445.87, installing Windows 1909, and performing a recent full reinstall. I'm still facing issues where systems freeze, all displays go black, audio stops, video restarts, and an audio device gets re-enabled or changed.

Click the start button with the right-click, pick Event Viewer for entry. On the left side, select Windows Logs then System. It becomes simpler once you remember the general timing of when your system lost connection. Move near that moment and check for alerts along with details about the screen.
