Windows 10 issues are happening. Need assistance?
Today I managed to upgrade to Windows 10, everything functioned well overall, though my mouse isn’t responding in Microsoft apps. It only works in apps that came with Windows 8 or newer, such as Store and Settings (it works in Control Panel). I can use the keyboard to navigate through some programs, but that’s limited. Any suggestions? Also, the mouse doesn’t respond when I switch to the Windows menu—remembered it was removed in Windows 8 and readded in 10. Thanks. - Andy P.S.—Ctrl + Alt + Del doesn’t help either. Tried contacting Microsoft, but it went on hold for two and a half hours.
Looks like there might be a problem with your toe ports at level 10m on your mouse.
