Hello, here are your issues rephrased:

1. Every time I boot up my PC, copying or pasting something triggers a strange crash dump file named with an unknown product version. What does that mean?
2. My mouse flickers rapidly every two seconds. It seems nothing is downloading in the background, but everything works after I restart the computer.

1. I don’t understand. Have you installed all the motherboard drivers?
2. It seems like the drivers might be the issue.
3. It’s likely someone else is responsible for this.

Have you looked into the minidump information? 3) Navigate to your audio preferences and turn off any options that let you replay your own sounds.
