Hey everyone, I faced some strange issues with my PC and ended up resetting it through Windows settings. Now everything seems normal except that my Windows key isn’t showing up, even though the PC appears correctly on my Microsoft account. Also, this machine came with Windows pre-installed. I’ve reset it several times before and never had this problem. Do you have any suggestions on how to fix this?

It's an Asus L200HA Ultrabook, identified by Microsoft as a tablet for certain purposes.

It's conceivable the Windows key isn't functioning properly, perhaps testing an external keyboard could resolve the issue.

Yes, it's possible you need to contact Microsoft. Was your activation key connected to your Microsoft account?

I understood, but I really dislike Microsoft's support—every call is really painful.

It might be a glitch, but I'm not sure. My main thought is probably to contact Microsoft.

Yes, everything appears as the new setup on my Microsoft account, which doesn't make much sense

That's quite unusual, isn't it?
