I own numerous games, applications, and virtual machines, which is why I want backups. But my main concern is that after installing Windows 10 for the first time, I might have to reinstall every program again, and I don’t want to deal with that.

Absolutely, that makes sense. A fresh start means everything can begin anew. I’d go ahead and do it, but be sure to back up the installation files and any configuration data for those more complicated programs. It should take only a few hours to reinstall everything properly.

It seems you're confirming the language settings. The language pack has been switched to English US, and everything functions correctly via the tool.

Transfer the necessary documents to another computer, external SSD, or similar storage device.

Thanks for the help. Just to clarify, I have Drive E with all my data and I’m planning to move Windows to Drive C. Will Drive E get formatted? I’m worried about a boot issue in 3-4 weeks, so I might reinstall Windows on Drive C. I don’t think a full PC reinstall is necessary—I just want to avoid formatting everything. After re-installing, I heard it works fine.

as long as you avoid unintentionally formatting the e-partition... installing to c would be acceptable and might even result in a clean installation
