Windows 10 isn’t starting properly. Assistance needed!
Today I tried using my laptop, but when I powered it on the MSI logo with spinning dots appeared and stayed for under a minute before switching to a blank screen. The dots kept spinning for about two to four minutes, then the system would attempt a watchdog reset and start up, but it would freeze afterward each time. I’ve shared a video on YouTube because of the file size restrictions.
I required your computer, so I ran MSI recovery, cleaned up the files, and set up a fresh Windows installation.
