It's frustrating, but a clean start sounds better. You're welcome!

You realize things are serious when DiskPart shows "BOOT DISK: NO" for your SSD.

Brings to mind a fellow student who asked me to check his laptop. His Dell would sometimes fail to boot and show "No bootrecord found." Turns out it happened every time he carried his notebook with one side down because they left the HDD unbolted at the factory. When he told customer support about it, they promptly sent him a zip-loc containing 10 screws.

I faced the same issue. It involved the acpi power setings in the bios.

I'm not sure if that's the right approach, but I'll try to help. Could you provide more details about what you're asking? What was the original setting and what changes were made?

I used it on an old system from 2008, so I'm uncertain if yours even supports those features. The device stopped working, so I'm sharing what I recall. Experiment with the ACPI and APIC settings to find the right configuration. If I remember correctly, ACPI should be enabled and APIC should be active, though I might be mistaken...

I've already reinstalled Windows twice since I mistakenly downloaded the wrong version once, but thank you for your understanding.
