Hi, I'm facing trouble linking my iPhone to iTunes on Windows 10. I've tried updating the software, restarted my iOS devices, and verified the app settings and drivers. Windows Explorer/Phone Companion is detecting the iPhone, but I need further assistance. Thanks!

I needed to refresh iOS and iTunes. Your iPhone could be configured as a standard storage device as well. See the Apple support page for more details.

I've attempted it, but it isn't functioning. Updated note: the USB section doesn't list Apple Mobile Device USB Driver—connect your iPhone via USB 3.0 or 2.0, but that doesn't work.

I don't have real-time access to your device information, so I can't determine your iOS or iTunes versions. Please check your device settings or ask your system for that detail.

Open iTunes and select the item. It will display the appropriate information.
