I increased my CPU's speed from 2.66 to 2.92. CPU-Z showed the frequency but didn't provide accurate stress test results. The best scores appeared only when I launched Windows in safe mode. This behavior wasn't consistent before, but it became noticeable after restarting my PC. I couldn't determine if a Windows service or a specific program was responsible. I attempted to revert to an earlier configuration, though it didn't resolve the issue.
