Windows 10 isn't closing correctly.
Hello once more, everyone. I recently updated my motherboard BIOS and installed a 5600X for testing. But now my PC frequently enters a near-hibernation mode lasting up to ten minutes before shutting down. This causes some concern and makes forced restarts quite unpleasant. I've switched back to the BIOS version from February and reinstalled the 3800X, yet the issue persists. I've checked online advice suggesting a BIOS update, disabling fast boot in Windows or BIOS (which isn't working), forcing a shutdown via the command prompt (also unsuccessful), and restoring settings to defaults. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you.
