Hey there, I saw your message. You ordered a new monitor today and are having trouble accessing the Windows 10 system settings. The "display" tab isn’t loading properly, and you’re experiencing delays when trying to open it. You’ve tried several methods—right-clicking the desktop, using the reset menu, and even running command prompts or PowerShell commands—but nothing seems to work. Could someone help you figure out what’s going on?

I've faced the same issue before. I managed to fix it. I had to run a complete scan using Windows Defender. Once done, I downloaded all the available updates and restarted the computer. Hopefully this helps anyone experiencing the same problem.

Microsoft is phasing out the classic system window as part of their migration to a new control panel. Check recent changelogs online for details about the latest Windows version. This change might be connected to your issue, possibly due to a bug in the update. There are several ways to accomplish similar tasks in Windows.
