I've switched to Windows 10 and my hard drive is always at full capacity. In Task Manager, none of the applications are consuming more than 0.5 MB. Do you know what might be causing this?

Your network activity might be a mix of defragmentation tasks and data transmission from Windows 10. How is your connection performing?
