I've been facing an unusual freezing problem lately. It began in April. While playing games or browsing, my RAM freezes and the AIO cooler display works fine, but nothing functions properly. I can't close anything, so I have to force shut down my PC. Recently, I saw something about a Windows 10 update on my phone news suggestions, which might be related. Could anyone suggest ways to fix this issue? It's really frustrating since it happened during an important assignment and nearly ruined my work. Thankfully, everything saved, but the results screen froze after a match in Valorant. I really need some help right now.

Sure, I can provide additional details about your specifications. Regarding Windows, I don’t have real-time updates, but I can confirm the version you’re using if you share it. Let me know!

Check RAM and storage devices if the computer freezes unexpectedly. A freeze might also indicate a faulty GPU driver.

I revised it in April, remembering what I recall.
