Linux allows changing the passwd file to gain root access easily. The same method works here.

It doesn’t require much expertise or time to connect the device to another computer. "OH NO! A massive issue with the operating system!" That’s the essence of it—a security concern. Just keep strangers away from your PC. By the way, Linus has plenty of videos on this subject. I don’t know why you shared your own, probably for personal promotion or something.
