I set up a brand new version of Windows 10 N and ended up damaging my laptop. Whenever I attempt to play a video file or use the camera, this issue appears. (Image attached) The link in Camtasia doesn’t lead anywhere.

You're using Windows 10 N, which is a version without built-in media capabilities and available as an optional download. This change was implemented to meet government regulations that required Microsoft to offer a version without media support, as they believed it would limit competition from other companies selling media codecs. Similar to the N edition of Windows, most users simply install the Media Pack to achieve a functional experience.
