Windows 10 is making my overclock slower.
I own a B85M-DS3H-A Gigabyte motherboard with an Intel i5 4670K processor that I overclocked in my BIOS settings to run at 4.3 GHz. The BIOS shows the exact frequency, but when Windows 10 starts up and runs CPU-Z, it reports only 4.2 GHz. How do I stop this fluctuation?
The numbers from section 4.3 and 4.2 might just look different because the way we read and show them changes things slightly. Even so, the gap between them is still only about 2.4%.
