No one is planning to switch to the full Windows 10 version in three days before its release for insiders and pre-orders.

I won't upgrade. I'm choosing Windows 95 for its simplicity and reliability.

This means not all perspectives are identical and understanding them will take time.

They need to release mandatory driver updates first. I learned there are problems with multi-monitor configurations, GeForce Experience setups, and SLI systems—all relevant to my machine. Sure, auto-updates work, but if the update process attempts to install multiple drivers for an SLI configuration, that could cause issues. If they resolve that, I’ll install the update; otherwise, I’d prefer to keep using my system without it.

I received the technical preview on my laptop, and from what I observed, there aren't any major changes that strongly urge an upgrade. It feels noticeably smoother and less unstable compared to Windows 8, though it still has some metro-style quirks. The automatic updates aren’t appealing to me, but I haven’t experienced any problems with them before. Perhaps having the update feature enabled by default would help, while still allowing me to choose specific updates if needed.

I intend to upgrade on the 29th using my personal laptop since it’s okay if it’s a bit shaky and prone to issues. For important work, I’ll stick with my work laptop until it proves reliable and stable.

Sure, enjoy the chaos! I'll improve them six months from now once everything is resolved.
