Windows 10 is frozen on the startup screen.
You connected the new graphics card and it worked fine. Then your PC started booting from Windows 10, showing the logo with spinning dots. This kept happening indefinitely. You might need to reset your BIOS or check for driver issues.
I've attempted to switch it off and on, but eventually it leads me to the Advanced Options page.
Click to proceed with the window. It usually starts up correctly.
Turn off the computer completely, disconnect the power from the PSU, remove the small battery from the motherboard for 30 seconds, reinsert it, and then power it back on.
I don't need to check Google to see if you're confused. Let me know how I can help!
Did you remove the previous drivers prior to replacing the cards? The operating system might be searching for the old GPU, causing driver conflicts.
