Yesterday I received a PC update and wanted to install it. I tried to do it at the right time, but later I let it run when the computer was shutting down. That worked fine until today when I powered it on. It started updating and then rebooted twice at around 32%. During the second reboot, I saw the Windows loading screen with the logo partially hidden and a spinning circle stuck at just one ball. It’s not working properly. Could you help me fix this?

Do you possess additional computers? If yes, you can create a bootable USB drive and start from there. That should allow you to retrieve your files. If not, attempt a restart a few times.

Have you been rebooting repeatedly? Often the system identifies a failed boot and initiates recovery mode.

I've tested nearly every tip you gave, but it turns out pressing F11 after turning on the PC and clicking a few times brings me back to an older menu with all the settings. I tried that too and everything seems to have reset from where I was updating, which is great! Thanks for your help.
