Use Easybcd to transfer your bootloader to the system partition. Ensure no other drives are connected except the installation media during Windows setup—it’s a Windows requirement.

The "system" label doesn't matter. It does seem you have everything needed to boot on the SSD, can you boot with the HDD disconnected? If yo then you might be able to convert with it disconnected. Your Windows install was done in Legacy mode so there's no EFI partition.
