I’m looking to purchase a surface laptop, but it’s quite pricey in my area—Estonia. I found one at a big store in Finland. Could someone who speaks Finnish or English help me? I don’t want to reinstall Windows, and I’m okay changing the language after setup since most Xiamis laptops are in Chinese and can’t be changed.

I found several setup instructions, and you can adjust your region and keyboard settings, but the language remains unchanged.

You can choose the language and input format during installation. English is recommended as the main language for the OS. If you've already configured it, adjust the regional settings there. It shouldn't be too difficult since the layout remains consistent—just follow the icons.
