Hi, I just moved from a X470 Crosshair hero motherboard with 2700x to a X570 Crosshair Hero Dark and 5900x. The GPU, RAM, and PSU were the same as before. After the upgrade, I installed Windows on a new Samsung 980 Pro M.2 SSD and everything was working fine until I tried to set up. My keyboard, mouse, and monitor lost connection while the PC kept running with a 00 code and an orange light. I restarted the installer, but after Windows finished, the PC restarted again, leaving no signal on the monitor and disconnecting the keyboard and mouse. After trying many fixes—searching, reconfiguring, updating BIOS, changing RAM, swapping CPU, adjusting bios settings—I still faced the same issue. I’m stuck and really frustrated right now.
Orange debug indicates a memory issue. The latest CPU and board might not be compatible with your previous memory module. What is the model number of your old memory kit? Do you have an alternative to test?
It's a two-stick 16 GB G.Skill Trident Z RGB DDR4-3200. I got it in 2018 and was among the first kits designed for Ryzen.
