Windows 10 installation issue on PC
Hey everyone, I just completed my first rig and installed Windows 10. After that, I tried setting up Asus RGB software, but the screen went black unexpectedly while the PC stayed on. The display isn’t working anymore, and I can’t access BIOS. It powers on fine, but nothing seems to function. I searched online but didn’t find much help. I think I might have made a mistake, but I really need some guidance! My setup includes a Ryzen 5 3600x, an Asus TUF gaming PC with X570 Plus, RTX 2060 graphics card (from a prebuilt unit), and Corsair RM650x. The motherboard is supposed to support RGB lighting everywhere, but only the side lights up. If anyone has photos or advice, I’d appreciate it!
Oh no, I shared it in the incorrect area, didn't I? I don't like using forums on my phone.
It seems like there might have been a couple more RGB areas, though it's not necessary to say so. The white VGA indicator light on the motherboard is on now.
You might want to check if the connections are secure and try turning the device on and off. That’s usually what people do first.
I checked as many sources as possible, including some less common ones. I'm trying to figure out if I can flash the BIOS now.
