Windows update doesn’t reveal any new releases. You usually receive fresh mouse/keyboard drivers or simply Windows 10. Razer released two new updates for my Deathadder and Blackwidow. I encountered the issue before checking for updates, then searched again and finally got my latest motherboard and mouse drivers. It seems the problem might be with Microsoft’s servers being overwhelmed.

Located a potential solution. Remove all files from C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution\Download then execute the command again: "wuauclt.exe /updatenow"

I'm using a strange manufacturer that doesn't provide drivers, yet I'm updating to BlackWidow patches now.

You're starting a process after running those drivers. What would you like to do next?

I don't understand how this came about. My system is still in the UK. It's 29th 0:44am. Windows Update keeps showing the same issue. The WCX window remains active, indicating it's reserved. I tried removing that folder and running CMD again, but nothing changed. 100% slow. I set it up right after receiving the notification.

The issue persists, but the download speed has increased beyond 5 gigabytes now.
