I've checked all options. Windows update, media tool, and even saving the ISO to USB or DVD didn't work. Now Windows 10 won't install. When I try upgrading from the update or media tool, I get error 0xc1900101. Booting from the ISO shows the Windows logo and then restarts after a few minutes.

You're experiencing the same problem on your media PC, which is also seen by others using the G3258 on non-Z boards. You'll need to temporarily turn off one of the cores in the BIOS and come back once Microsoft releases a fix or simply upgrade later.

You can obtain a utility directly from Microsoft to manually download the installation files and execute it independently.

I believe there may be an issue with the G3258 driver on Windows 10.

You have to wait, forcing updates can cause issues. Most users who complain try to push updates.

Updating quickly works for many users. The G3258 faces problems with Windows 10 in the last 3 to 5 versions, it stopped functioning after build 10130.
