Hello everyone, I noticed a missing volume named \\?Volume in the HDD optimization section after upgrading from Windows 10 Home Build 1703 to 1709. Could you let me know what’s happening? Thanks.

It refers to Version 1703 or 1709, not Build _____. Build is suitable for actual numbers such as 15063 or 16299. Could you provide a screenshot of the new volume?

Would you like to upgrade? Have you considered saving your files and reinstalling Windows 10 Build 16299?

My version is 1703; the unknown volume isn't visible unless I upgrade to 1709. I've already performed a clean install five times before discovering this problem.

You're asking about the installation process, specifically whether you performed a clean install of version 1703 or 1709.

This response doesn't address your query. Please try a fresh installation of version 1709. Avoid cleaning install 1703 before upgrading. If problems persist, feel free to resubmit.
