Is there a method to prevent Windows 10 from entering hibernation after shutting down your PC? This issue began a while ago with recent updates.

I never turn on hibernation at all. When I run Powercfg /h off, it deletes the hiberfil from the C drive, which saves space, and also turns off hibernation—something I don’t see as necessary anymore.

Only a handful of options are available. You have the ability to turn off hibernation, select various power functions, and set up a shortcut that mimics the old shutdown button, placing it in the start menu.
