Hi! It sounds like you're having trouble accessing your BitLocker recovery key. The support team checked your MSFT account but didn't find anything. Try verifying the key again or contacting Microsoft support directly for further assistance.

I've noticed a firmware update that didn't involve any hardware changes. If you continue using BitLocker and keep a backup of the recovery key in a safe place, always put BitLocker into sleep mode before updating BIOS or system firmware. Any interference with the TPM or system firmware can activate the recovery process. Avoid relying on unverified hacking tools or questionable online claims—either locate the key or reformat and start fresh from backup.

You can't forcefully rest without a key. If you need to lock something, make sure you have the proper access.

Use the Windows Media Creation utility on a USB stick, then start from there. After that, erase every partition on the encrypted drive, format it, and then reinstall the operating system.

It's time to purchase another flash, as mine often gets lost.

Reminder that reinstalling won’t work with file-saving enabled. All data not saved externally will be lost.
