I assembled a PC using refurbished components from eBay and am trying to run Windows 10. After booting from the USB, it freezes at the Windows logo. I've searched extensively but haven't found a fix yet. Anyone have ideas? My system specs are: Core 2 Quad Q6600 BIOS, GF7100P-M7S, 2x2GB RAM at 800MHz, EVGA GTX 770 SC graphics card.
