Hey there! My friend recently installed Windows 10 and is experiencing some performance problems. Currently, he's managing around 10 frames per second in games and can't access the NIVA control panel to troubleshoot beforehand. If anyone can assist with this, it would be really helpful ;___;

It seems there might be a GPU or software problem. Restart the NVIDIA drivers or check the Gerforce experience if needed. Ensure the drivers are current.

You'll need to remove the video drivers in the control panel and then set up the latest driver directly from NVIDIA's site, as you encountered the same problem before.

Yes, or when you reinstall the latest Nvidia drivers, choose the advanced/custom settings and check the box for a clean install. I also suggest avoiding Nvidia Vision 3D and GeForce Experience. Keep the drivers simple. After completing the process (your system might restart during installation), restart it again. Now check how your friends' games perform.

According to Goodbytes, GeForce experience works well for certain tasks but downloading yourself is more reliable.
