It seems the issue isn't a glitch but something in the settings. After upgrading to FCU, strange things happen with programs launching automatically. Even if they aren't set to auto-start in Windows or program settings, they still launch when the tray icon appears near the window. Restarting or rebooting doesn't stop this behavior, and closing them before restarting doesn't prevent auto-start. The affected programs are Steam, GOG Galaxy, and uTorrent.
