Hello. The issue occurred when trying to start the computer; instead of launching Windows, it opened CMD with a black background and the message: "0 is not recognized as an internal or external command."

It seems the system is launching in safe mode with a command prompt. Follow these actions: As the computer boots, press the ESC key repeatedly. On the Windows Support screen, click "Troubleshoot" then select "Advanced options," and choose "Startup Repair." This should automatically attempt to resolve the issue after logging into your Windows account. Let me know if it helps.

You are starting in Windows Safe Mode or just seeing the command prompt? Think about what you were doing prior to encountering this problem.

They suggested writing explorer.exe with the prompt, which got me into Windows and solved the issue. I’m curious if there’s another method to prevent this each time.
