Windows 10 fails to set up on a fresh device.

I just completed my new PC build and placed the Windows 10 boot USB inside. When selecting the 64-bit installer, the Windows 10 logo showed up on the screen, but after more than an hour nothing happened. The loading icon at the bottom isn’t appearing. I’m unsure what to do next. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Verify BIOS configuration and confirm all storage devices are recognized. You may attempt using a different Windows 10 installation USB or create another one.
