Consider using a different data cable or relocating it to another port on the MoBo.
You may try to clear all mounted volumes section (HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\MountedDevices) in registry and let Windows recreate it during boot. Small chance but who knows. Also - check in device manager - maybe you have drive disabled.
