I've been waiting about three hours for Windows 10 to install properly. I've attempted an upgrade twice, but it always reverts my system back to version 8.1. The error code "c1900101-20017" appears, and the download restarts each time. Is there a workaround without using any tools?

Take a few days before reaching out to Microsoft for help.

Hello, the same issue is occurring again. The error code is C1900101-30018.
