It's a known issue in version 10, which is why it's still in beta. The fix is to either report the problem or handle it yourself. You might want to test another configuration and see if the bug appears there.

It seems I need to upgrade to version 10130. I got the preview a while back, but haven’t installed it yet. For now, I’ll treat it as non-reversible and go back to the 8.1 release.

No! The 10130 has several problems, so avoid using it unless you're forced to perform a full system restore from a USB drive.

I possess a pen drive containing my restore details. Should the update prove problematic (or even more severe than the current state), I'll revert to Windows 8.1.
