you can find these logs from various sources, including system files or diagnostic tools. it’s possible the issue lies with the SSD, but it could also be related to another drive or recent changes.

Begin with the start menu, select Event Viewer on the left side. Go to Windows Protocols, then run a system check for storage-related issues. Ignore other errors—Windows can handle them, and its code may seem outdated at times.

How far does the log extend? Please include the second to last rows when sending all of them with unique IDs.

it reaches its limit on 23/05/17 (Disk-specific issues end at 14/04/17). For errors: 153 – IO at address 0x800 for Disk 3 (PDO name: Device\00000129) was retried. 11 – Driver found a controller fault on Device\Harddisk3\DR7. 51 – A problem occurred on device Device\Harddisk3\DR7 during paging.

Use CrystalDiskInfo to see the exact health of the drive. It will be a lot easier to determine if it is the drive failing.
