I have Windows 8.1 installed on my PC. I tried to install Windows 10 via update but couldn't. So I made a bootable USB drive using Rufus. I shut down the computer and restarted it. In BIOS, I set it to boot from the USB EFI. After that, I powered on the PC again. I had a choice between 32-bit or 64-bit, and I selected 64-bit. Then the loading process began, and the Windows logo appeared after about two seconds, but then the system crashed. You’re familiar with this issue because it’s not very reliable when Windows starts up on boot. It happened to me too. After the crash, everything restarted from scratch.

Format the disk as fat32 and transfer all contents from the 10 DVD/ISO to the USB stick.
